Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and efficient transportation for company staff, clients, and VIPs within Kathmandu and surrounding areas.
• Transport clients and candidates to and from hotels, tourist sites, business meetings, interviews, and other locations as required.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services in accordance with the company’s schedule.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of the vehicle.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents to the management immediately.
• Plan and follow the most efficient and safe routes, considering traffic conditions and time constraints.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of road conditions, construction zones, and alternate routes within Kathmandu and nearby tourist destinations.
• Greet clients and candidates in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with luggage and ensuring their comfort during the journey.
• Provide basic information about Kathmandu’s tourist attractions, hotels, and important sites, offering recommendations when requested.
• Communicate effectively with clients in basic English, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians.
  
• Ensure all necessary driving licenses, permits, and documentation are current and valid.
• Follow company protocols in case of emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and travel logs.
• Assist with other duties related to company operations as assigned by the management.
