About the Role

As our Office Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in making sure the day-to-day operations of the Kathmandu studio run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from office supplies and maintenance to team onboarding and culture initiatives. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys supporting people.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more ownership and variety in their admin role.

Main Duties: 

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and staff amenities
  • Coordinate with the cleaning company for regular cleaning and deep cleans.
  • Coordinate with the key vendors for office repair/maintenance tasks
  • Track and record office expenses, scan and file receipts
  • Keep Track of Staff Leave Requests, Sick days and Holidays
  • Welcome and Onboard new team members (Introductions, Studio Tour)
  • Schedule induction sessions for new team members
  • Organize small team events and Social Events
  • Take Initiative in creating a friendly and inclusive studio environment
