Roles and responsibilities of this job

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Typing, preparing and collating reports filing
Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
Managing databases.
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
Logging or processing bills or expenses.
Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients.
Planning and Carrying out marketing responsibilities along with the marketing team.
Proficient in MS Office(Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and social media.
