Professional Skill Required	:	Management Communication Administration Organizational MS Office Suite

Minimum Bachelor Degree in a related field, such as administration, business or management. Bachelors running can also apply.
Should have excellent Nepali and English communication (Verbal and written/typing) skills.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet.
Knowledge of Banking
Ability to work with teams and collaborate with staffs at all levels.
Candidates with previous experience will be preferred but not mandatory.
Must be able to use or operate standard office equipment, such as copy/scan machines, etc.
Should be able to work under pressure and support the organization as per the need and requirements.

Note:

Perform various office documentation tasks.
Responding to queries and calls appropriately.
Responsible for providing complete administrative support to the organization by maintaining and bridging communication relationship between client and organization.
Responsible to maintain complaint logs and to forward that to the concerned department.
Providing support to Society Manager and Accountant.
Perform other related duties as directed by society manager, committee and as required.
