Entertain telephone calls and communicate to concerned
Assist visitors and provide them with requested information and materials
Maintain smooth communication among Executive Members, General Members and Partner Organizations
Prepare reply, response and office letters related to exhibitions, workshops and programs
Maintain proper filing system
Assist officer for Administrative and Financial tasks
Maintenance of all Membership records and renewals
Assist to conduct Programs/Workshops/Seminars
Coordinate with government agencies, German Embassy, FNCCI, NTB, GIZ and other German Organizations and Projects, and relevant organizations in Nepal, Germany/Europe
