Job Description

Handling all administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and managing files
Providing support to management as needed
Creating and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Responding to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with the planning and execution of social media campaigns
