Roles and responsibilities of this job

Organizing and maintaining all official documents
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office
Helping the receptionist and other administrative assistants in performing their duties
Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff like photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor Degree in Management
Must have pleasing and outgoing personality
Must be a quick learner of organizational business
Good interpersonal skills and smart dealings with clients
Fluent communication skill in writing and speaking Nepali and English
Must possess working knowledge of general accounting, book-keeping and inventory management
Have good computer skill in English and Nepali (MS Office), email and internet
Ability to carry out duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision
Experience in the secretarial service will be an advantage
