Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain, take charge of, and make records of all stationery items like file, pen, pencil, punching machine, books etc.
Going to the Banks , Govt offices etc as per the instruction by the senior officers
Make call for the purchase of the required stationary items
Filing, record keeping, data entry and performing the variety of other office tasks as instructed by the officers
Make entry of the receipt and dispatch of the documents
Manage and keep the files, vouchers, and other stationery items of office properly in a proper place
Assist in filing duties, segregating papers and files, scanning, copying and printing documents
Supporting in organizing the office activities
Typing and recording as instructed
Process documents or forms according to instructions

Note: Two wheeler driving license is a must

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)
