  •  Provide filing services, documentation and archiving
  •  Visit clients’ offices whenever requested
  •  Circulation of information inside office
  •  Provide errands, travel and banking services as required
  •  Helping organise and maintain office common areas
  •  Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  •  Maintaining office equipment as needed
  •  Helping with client reception as needed
  •  All other duties as assigned by the seniors
