Job Description

The Office Assistant must possess pleasing and outgoing personality; with good interpersonal skills and smart in dealings with clients.  She will offer administrative support, services including front desk management, accounting, errands, office clerical duties, office logistics and organization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling administrative issues related to the functioning of the office in cooperation with other administrative personnel
  • Maintain the books of accounts and other tasks related to accounting
  • Provide filing services, documentation and archiving
  • Receive and make telephone calls and mails keep record of all these calls and mails
  • Provide photocopying and document binding services as requested
  • Offer circulation of mail service within the office
  • Work with the relevant officers on arrangement of workshops/meetings materials
  • Provide errands, travel and banking services as required
  • All other duties as assigned by other senior officers
