Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assisting management personnel in a wide variety of workplace responsibilities
Helping the associate, staff, or other management staff in doing their responsibilities
Help organize and maintain the office common areas
Perform general office clerk duties and errands
Experience as a virtual assistant
Maintain office equipment as needed
Assist in visa/permit processing
Assist in physical stock-taking of office materials
Petty purchase of office stationery items
Assist in banking processes

Required Education Level:School (SLC/ SEE)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Requirements

SLC/SEE must be completed from a reputed English Medium school
Permanent resident of Kathmandu, Lalitpur or Bhaktapur
Should possess average internet skills
Basic Knowledge of MS-Office
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing
Typing skills: must be able to type without looking at the keyboard with a speed of at least 25 wpm
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Excellent organizational skills
Open to suggesting ideas for a better workplace and improving products
Willing to work in accordance with the company's norms

Desirable

Good command over spoken and written English
Experience as an office assistant in related field preferred
Energetic, honest, punctual and committed to achieving goals
Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and motivation to learn
Well-organized and an ability to manage time well
A warm personality with strong communication skills
Should be a good team player
Creative and problem solver
Able to work independently or as part of a team and manage priorities

Offered financial and non-financial compensation for this job
