DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

LOCATION: Head Office, Naya Baneshwore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage/ handle Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures & patch management on Bank technology estate
  • Data centre operations including backup & media management
  • Ensure and manage the physical and logic security of the data centres
  • Handle operating system and application level support on desktops/laptops
  • End users and product support for printers, MFDs and telephony and voice
  • Respond to end user calls and respond with all possible means. 
  • Coordinate with support partners to resolve production issues.  
  • Manage and set up new hardware by following Bank’s IT policies and procedures
  • Technology assets management & inventory management. 
  • Handle & manage Incident, change and request management and risk management processes

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Minimum qualification is Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having a minimum of 1 years’ work experience 
  • Knowledge and experience on Microsoft product suites on Active directory, Win10 etc
  • Sound problem solving skills and ability to analyse and interpret information, communication and writing skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders
