Himalayan Yokpu Foundation is one of the non- profit organization which is established to carry out various programs and health camps to improve the health standards of people in remote area of  Nepal. It also works in health and education sector of Himalayan region. 

Also, currently foundation is working on the hospital project which is providing health services to the many people of the Solukhumbu and Okhuldhunga district.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Bachelor in Business Administration, Bachelor in Travel and Tourism , Bachelor in public health or social work or related discipline
  • At least 2 year of working experience as an office administrator or similar role

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular) and Social Media handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Nepali
  • Ability to prepare monthly progress report and proposals effectively
  • Flexibility to work in field as per the need of the company
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain work flow at the office
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with office team, clients and other companies
  • Ability to handle website (Word press & Laravel friendly)

  • Ability to be discrete and able to keep confidential information

  • Act as focal point of contact and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Ensure timely preparation of scheduled reports
  • Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources
  • Maintain comprehensive work plan aligned with the company’s goals and objectives and its sister companies
  • Maintain a filing system and preparing budget for the organization
  • Write, proofread, and distribute emails and memos
  • Maintain a good relationship with clients and associates
  • Answer and direct phone calls and handle correspondence
