Job Description

Nidan Hospital Limited is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Incharge to lead and manage the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily nursing operations in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of nursing care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care to ensure optimum outcomes.
  • Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff and conduct performance reviews.
  • Monitor and maintain nursing supplies and equipment, ensuring they meet the hospital’s needs.
  • Ensure that the nursing department follows infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Handle patient complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring high patient satisfaction.
  • Oversee the documentation and reporting of patient care activities, including medication administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSc in Nursing or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing experience, with a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
  • Proficient in using hospital management software and patient care systems.
