Job Description

Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
Assess and track the progress of each child, adapting teaching methods to cater to the unique needs and learning styles of individual students.
Foster open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's development and addressing any concerns or questions.
Work closely with other nursery teachers and staff to coordinate activities, share best practices, and ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.
Stay updated on current early childhood education trends and attend workshops or training sessions to continually enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
