Non Technical Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Non Technical Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, is comfortable working in a digital environment, and enjoys learning about technology from a non-technical perspective. You will support various internal and client-facing tasks that do not require coding or advanced IT knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check forms, links, and content elements for functionality and accuracy
• Work with internal tools and dashboards to support day-to-day team activities
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
• Help set up workspaces and environments based on project needs
• Perform regular backups and ensure website data is safely stored
• Use internal tools to scan websites for issues and log findings
• Keep task records up to date and share updates with the team
