Job Description

  • Monitoring network activity, network traffic, usage and performance and ensure optimal network operation
  • Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches and other wireless devices 
  • Provide Technical Network Support to corporate customers
  • Respond and resolve user service calls & enquiries
