Job Description

Report to: Senior Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Providing frontline customer support by answering phone calls, emails or messages from customers who have internet service issues.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to internet connectivity, such as router configuration, and network settings.
  • Monitoring network performance and identifying potential problems, then escalating issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
  • Effectively communicating technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner, including providing step-by-step instructions for issue resolution.
