Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Network and System Administrator to manage and maintain our school’s IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and provide technical support to staff and students. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in networking, system administration, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, and maintain the school’s network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems).
Administer servers, storage systems, email, and backup solutions.
Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, internet, and related applications.
Troubleshoot network and system issues and provide technical support to staff and students.
Implement security measures, including antivirus, firewalls, and data protection policies.
Maintain records of hardware, software, and IT assets.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and maintenance.
Support IT integration in classrooms, labs, and administrative departments.
