Responsible for identifying network requirements, monitoring network performance, diagnosing and correcting network system issues
Assist in establishing network system by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency, planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; (L2/L3)
Participate in network upgrades
Assist in developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements
Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation
Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis and performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems
Involve in router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols
Ultimately, be responsible for providing support to clients as appropriate
Ensure no disruption of service and adherence to high standards of service delivery
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
