Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Network planning and designing (IP subnetting, Connection, Security, Redundancy planning)
L2, L3 network equipment configuration
Maintaining operation of IP networks and network equipment
Identifying and troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues
Configuring and supporting security tools such as iptables, ACLs, etc.
Monitoring network traffic
Performing network system backups, recovery procedures and disaster recovery plans

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in network administration
Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack
Advanced proficiency in administration on Cisco, Huawei, Juniper network equipment
Advanced proficiency in network administration on Linux (Ubuntu, Centos)
Experience with 802.1Q protocol (VLAN)
Experience with iptables on Linux and ACLs on Cisco, Huawei, Juniper network equipment
Experience with NAT technology
Advanced proficiency in planning and configuration of redundancy networks (VRRP, STP, LACP)

Must-have skills

Maximum attention to detail and analytical thinking
Orientation on research of additional information independently
Ability to organize workload taking full responsibility for what you do
Ability to provide information clearly and shortly
To be friendly and communicative
