• Leadership and ability to guide design and technical meetings
  
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented design concepts and software development processes and methods
• Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
• Involve in designing and developing web services, desktop-based and web-based software applications.
• Attend daily stand ups and other time boxed meetings
• Participate in design phase of application interface, application functionality and database
• Create ER Diagrams, implementing logical into physical database models from requirements.
• Write  stored procedures, tune database and query 
• Participate in software production deployments
• Perform production support efforts as directed tight aggressive timelines.
• Keep abreast with the latest developments in Microsoft .Net technologies; share knowledge with the team.
• Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning
