Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nepali Teacher to join our team and teach Lower Secondary & Secondary students. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Nepali language and literature, with a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Nepali language lessons for Lower Secondary and Secondary levels in accordance with the curriculum.
  • Prepare and implement lesson plans, ensuring the lessons are engaging and educational.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage students' interest and understanding of Nepali culture and literature.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and school administration regarding student progress and behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Nepali or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Ability to engage students with creative teaching methods.
  • Knowledge of educational tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.
