Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NDIS Administrative & Accounts Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position plays an essential role in supporting the daily administrative, financial, and operational functions of the organization. The successful candidate will assist with client invoicing, payroll processing, record keeping, and general administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery in line with NDIS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Invoicing Support

  • Prepare and process client invoices accurately and in accordance with NDIS guidelines.
  • Assist with pay runs, including timesheet verification, salary processing, and maintaining payroll records.
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties such as data entry, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Support the preparation of financial summaries and reports as required.

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance with NDIS and internal standards.
  • Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Handle CRM operations, including updating client and staff information, rostering, and report generation.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
