Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage the sales team and developing sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue for the engineering firm
Identify potential customers, build relationships with them, and promote the company's products and services
Manage the sales team, set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field, and proven sales experience
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques to promote products and services.
Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies.
