Planning, managing and controlling distributor network and manpower in the country.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, to monitor competition and also to evaluate customer needs so as to formulate strategies for the company and successful implementation of the same.
Work with the company directors and management team to develop strategies and implement marketing strategies to ensure a consistent and effective implementation of marketing programs for immediate sales result and also for the overall growth of the company.
