Job Description

 Market Analysis in collaboration with Regional Sales Coordinator:

  1. Running part number analysis
  2. Competitor analysis (1. Pricing, 2. Activities)
  3. Understand dealer Network
  4. Understand dealer Potentials / Market size
  5. SWOT Analysis

Planning in collaboration with Regional Sales Coordinator:

     A. Marketing Plan:

  1. Products
  2. Pricing
  3. Place: Dealer Network and relationship building plans.
  4. Promotion: (1. Schemes, 2. UPS identification)
  5. People: Team member planning.

     B. Commercial Planning:

  1. Sales Planning (Target Planning)
  2. Stock Planning
  3. Collection Planning
  4. Credit Limit planning


  1. Get Sales Agreement signed from Retailers
  2. Increase Sales and achieve targets
  3. Maintain financial discipline in Market
  4. Involve in negotiation with new dealers and final dealer selection
  5. Support team members to achieve their targets
  6. Solve genuine problems faced by Retailers (1. Coordination with Logistics and Service department for further processing of Sales Return and Claim products as per Sales Return policy and warranty policy, 2. Retailer grievances handling)


  1. Review of performance (Sales, Collection, CR Limits) and take corrections actions
  2. Review of product, pricing, distribution channels, schemes, team members and take corrective actions
  3. Over stock review and take necessary actions
  4. Credit review and take necessary actions


  1. Reconciliation of Party Statements on regular basics
  2. Input on Purchase planning
  3. Reply queries in Facebook
  4. Plan social media promotion in coordination with brand Lancer to promote our products in social media


  • Define and design Report that are required by you and to be prepared by subordinates. Define timelines for the reports, monitor those reports and take necessary actions
  • Prepare/update following Reports/Log Books:

  1. Monthly Sales Review(1. Product Group wise Sales Report, 2. Sales Officer wise Aging Report, 3. Sales Officer wise Dangerous Retailer report, 4. 5P related challenges, 5. 5P related planning / building blocks for next month)
  2. Competitor Analysis
  3. Retailer Master Data Log Book
  4. Area wise universe calculations
  5. Pre Tour and post tour Reports
