Roles and responsibilities of this job

We’re seeking a talented and driven Multimedia Content Creator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital design, especially using tools like Canva, to help us develop interactive and educational visual content for our online courses.

You must be creative, deadline-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple design projects with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong written English skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for clear and compelling storytelling through design.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create educational video slides using Canva, following structured storyboards and narration scripts.
Visualize abstract and real-world concepts into clear, engaging graphics and infographics.
Collaborate with the content team to refine visuals that match the tone and audience of the course (youth aged 10–18).
Manage project timelines and deliver on deadlines with consistent quality.
Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs are visually cohesive and aligned with our brand style.

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Multimedia Content Creator (portfolio required).
Strong proficiency in Canva or similar design tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus).
Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
Good written English for text-based content design (grammar and clarity).
Demonstrated time management and ability to work on tight deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset — able to find creative solutions and troubleshoot design challenges.

Preferred Traits

Experience designing content for youth or e-learning platforms.
Familiarity with animated transitions, infographic visuals, or storyboard-based video editing.
Interest in social causes, education, or behavioral change campaigns.

Fightback is a sexual violence risk reduction education program in Nepal. It offers a comprehensive program that integrates both soft skills and physical techniques for addressing violence and harassment. Fightback has made significant strides in our mission to address violence and harassment. Our in-person training and outreach have now benefited a total of 111,500 individuals, spanning 35 districts in Nepal. This includes 61,500 women and girls, as well as 50,000 boys, men, parents, and teachers. Specifically, 54,000 girls and 7,500 women have received training, along with 38,500 boys, 5,000 men, 5,700 parents, and 800 teachers.

FightBack International is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working globally to reduce the risk of sexual violence by empowering women, girls, and communities with mental, vocal, and physical skills.
