Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trainer/Foreman with expertise in Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Scaffolding, and Welding (TIG, MIG, ARC & SAW) to join our training center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students and professionals, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge in their respective trades. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage training sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs in Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Scaffolding, and Welding (TIG, MIG, ARC & SAW).
Conduct practical workshops and demonstrations to enhance trainees' understanding and skills. Ensure that training content aligns with industry standards and best practices.

Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with the Training Center Manager to develop and update training modules and materials.
Create assessments and evaluation tools to measure trainees & progress and competency.

Mentorship & Support:

Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
Offer feedback and support to trainees during hands-on training sessions.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all training activities.

Equipment & Resource Management:

Oversee the maintenance and proper use of training equipment and tools.
Ensure that all training resources are available, well- maintained, and up to date.

Supervision & Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of trainees, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and adherence to training schedules.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure smooth operation of the training center.
