We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Field Technician to join our technical operations team. This role demands a hands-on professional with diverse technical expertise who can perform field-based installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services across various systems and equipment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Power Station with small (less than 25MW) Gas, Diesel, Wind, and hydropower experience
Modifications, mini projects, and Maintenance are all part of the work.
The ideal candidates will be able to successfully undertake “hands-on the tools” fault finding, repair, and maintenance activities of plants, including hydraulic systems, turbines, motors, pumps, inverters, PLC control systems, and 3-phase electrical systems.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

A relevant technical college qualification in Mechanical and Hydraulic or Electrical and Control
5 years+ experience working in the E&M service sector ideally with experience of generation
Experience in a role that is “hands-on the tools” but capable of taking the project lead:
> Bearings, lubrication, ventilation, Hydraulic components, and pumps or
> PLC Control/ SCADA or power electrical
Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Proactive and able to be flexible in a changing environment.
Able to work independently, under pressure, and in remote areas.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
A full driving license.

Other Information

Some shift work, including overtime and weekend work, will be required
