Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic Education Counsellor to join our growing team. This role focuses on guiding students aspiring to study in UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and European countries. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of study abroad procedures, university admissions, visa processes, and be capable of delivering excellent career guidance and application support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counselling & Advisory:

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess students' academic background, career aspirations, and financial situation.
Recommend suitable study destinations, programs, and institutions based on personalized analysis.
Maintain ongoing communication with students and guardians throughout the application journey.

2. Application and Admission Support:

Assist in the preparation and review of application documents including SOPs, LORs, CVs, and financials.
Liaise with partner universities and colleges for timely application updates and offers.
Guide students through offer acceptance, tuition deposits, GTE/CAS interviews, and other post-offer requirements.

3. Visa Guidance:

Provide expert support in preparing and reviewing visa applications.
Clarify requirements related to financial documentation, visa interviews, and pre-departure readiness.
Liaise with embassies, financial institutions, and third-party service providers when required.

4. Market and Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed on updates in international education policies, immigration regulations, scholarships, and academic trends.
Attend training sessions, familiarization tours, and webinars organized by universities and destination experts.

5. Communication & Relationship Management:

Develop strong relationships with students, parents, internal teams, and external partners.
Participate in school/college visits, educational fairs, and online info sessions.
Ensure high-quality service delivery through multiple communication platforms: in-person, phone, email, and virtual.

6. CRM & Reporting:

Maintain updated student records using CRM tools.
Track application statuses and conversion rates and submit weekly/monthly reports to management.
