Job Description

An Australian-based BPO is expanding its workforce and is on the lookout for young, energetic, and highly competent professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Application Processing – Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting mortgage applications.
  • Document Management – Handle client documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lender Coordination – Communicate with lenders to follow up on applications and requirements.
  • Client Interaction – Provide top-notch support to clients, responding to queries professionally.
  • General Administrative Support – Assist mortgage brokers with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years in mortgage broking administration or financial services (preferably for international clients/BPOs).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of loan application processes and lending requirements.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in mortgage broking CRM systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
