Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a caring, creative, and dedicated Montessori Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, engaging, and child-centered learning environment through activity-based and experiential teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Use child-centered and activity-based teaching approaches.
Observe and assess student progress and developmental milestones.
Provide individualized attention and guidance to each child.
Maintain classroom materials and Montessori learning resources.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
Promote positive behavior and classroom discipline.
Participate in school programs, events, and professional development activities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Montessori training/certification (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
Strong understanding of child-centered and activity-based pedagogy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
