Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Teacher to join our team at Valley View School. The ideal candidate will provide nurturing, child-centered education that fosters independence, creativity, and early cognitive development in alignment with Montessori philosophy and Valley View School’s values.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain an engaging Montessori learning environment.
Plan and execute daily activities using Montessori materials and techniques.
Observe, assess, and document each child’s growth and development.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Encourage positive social interactions and emotional development.
Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.
