Texas International Secondary School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Montessori education and possess the necessary skills to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for implementing the Montessori philosophy and curriculum, fostering the development of each child's intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Montessori curriculum that aligns with the school's educational goals and standards.
• Create a well-organized and inviting classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Recognize and respond to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents regarding students' progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in Montessori education.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create an integrated and cohesive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Montessori certification from a recognized training center. (mandatory)
• Previous experience as a Montessori teacher preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy.
• Excellent communication with fluency in English and interpersonal skills.
