Job Description

To work as Montessori coordinator at our different franchise schools in and outside valley
Implement the Montessori method of education, theme based curriculum at franchise preschools
Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Communicating clearly and effectively in both oral and written Nepali and English language
Establishing and maintaining positive, respectful relationships with a variety of people
Engaging families and the larger community in the life of the school
Ability to build a team, lead a team and work in a team (team work skill)
Ability to design a teacher’ training program, seminar and workshop to help teachers develop instructional strategies
Ability to assess or evaluate and recommend educational materials like text book, educational technologies and other educational tool to teachers and administrators
Good IT knowledge especially in use of MS-Package and internet to enhance the productivity
