NLR Nepal aims to have a MEL Officer to deal with monitoring, evaluation, learning and communicating effectively and looking for a competent, dynamic and self-driven person.
Under the overall guidance of the CEO and Deputy Director, the MEL Officer will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of NLR Nepal Program and its projects. S/he will be responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the Program and Project enabling them to learn in line with Theory of Change and Outcome Mapping Apprioach. The MEL Officer will work in close collaboration with the Program and project team, Boundary Partners and Government officials, and other relevant stakeholders.
