National Campaign for Education Nepal, a national level coalition of more than 490 national and grassroots level organizations, is implementing: Civil Society Participation in Education (COPE) Project. It is funded by the European Commission (through a consortium led by National Campaign for Education Nepal and partners includes Global Action Nepal (GAN) and Nepal Disabled Women Association (NDWA). The main objective of this project is to unite various stakeholders in addressing issues related to accountability and governance within the education sector. The project is to be implemented in Dhanusha, Siraha and Rautahat districts of Madesh province and Dailekh, Kalikot, Surkhet districts of Karnali province.

Job Description

  • Design and strengthen monitoring and evaluation procedures 
  • Monitor project activities, expenditure and projects towards achieving project output 
  • Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success 
  • Collect, analyze and verify the validity and quality of data and prepare monitoring and evaluation report of the program and share to donor 
  • Support in preparing and improving logical framework, M & E framework and indicators 
  • Orient and capacitate coalition members on data collection, analysis and reporting 
  • Document well the project activities, outcome and disseminate information with members and wider stakeholders 
  • Prepare the learning plan and ensure that it is implemented 
  • Compile and disaggregate data and prepare quarterly and annual project report
