Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Modern Trade Sales Officer to join our team at Poshilo Foods Products Pvt. Ltd. As the Modern Trade Sales Officer, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales in modern trade outlets, specifically in the food production industry. You will also supervise and lead a team of junior Modern Trade Sales Officers to ensure market coverage and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit and establish strong relationships with modern trade outlets and gyms in the assigned territory.
Increase sales and maintain customer satisfaction by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
Monitor and track competitor activities, market trends, and potential customers to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement marketing plans and initiatives to promote our products in modern trade outlets.
Train, guide, and supervise junior Modern Trade Sales Officers to ensure efficient team performance.
Develop and maintain customer databases and reports for regular analysis.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably in the food production industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
Must have a valid driver's license and own mode of transportation.
