Job Description

Nepal Liquors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Modern Trade Officer to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive retail environment and is passionate about driving growth through strong trade relationships, strategic execution, and effective market coverage.

Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade partners such as supermarkets, departmental stores, and malls.
  • Ensure effective product visibility, availability, and shelf placement in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Execute in-store promotions and merchandising activities.
  • Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.
  • Arrange and manage product display space and branding materials.
  • Oversee contracts and agreements with new trade partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaign execution.
  • Supervise merchandisers and manage distribution of giveaways and POSM materials.
  • Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management.
  • Represent the company in business dealings with high-profile clients and accounts.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager.
