Nepal Liquors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Modern Trade Officer to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive retail environment and is passionate about driving growth through strong trade relationships, strategic execution, and effective market coverage.

Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade partners such as supermarkets, departmental stores, and malls.
Ensure effective product visibility, availability, and shelf placement in line with brand guidelines.
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Execute in-store promotions and merchandising activities.
Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.
Arrange and manage product display space and branding materials.
Oversee contracts and agreements with new trade partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaign execution.
Supervise merchandisers and manage distribution of giveaways and POSM materials.
Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management.
Represent the company in business dealings with high-profile clients and accounts.
Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in modern trade
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with sound reporting skills.
Willingness to travel for regular market visits.
