  • Bachelor/ Master in IT
  • 2+Years of Experience in any Retail Business, Inventory Management and Database
  • Good knowledge in MS SQL, HTML, PHP, Java script, Networking, Excel Dashboard
  • Sound knowledge in MIS and Reporting
  • MS Office specially advanced in Excel
  • Must be able to create reports in SSRS (SQL server reporting services) 
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills

Job Description

  • Review and reporting daily, weekly, monthly, yearly sales, inventory, damage, stock take reports
  • Monitoring and updating live report and schedule reports
  • Ad hoc reports
  • Maintaining Ecommerce Site
  • Monitoring daily cash settlement and variance
  • Follow-up on variance amount and deposit amount
  • Dispute Card monitoring and reimbursing
  • Outlet Computer & System keeping up to date
  • Pre stock take / after stock take reports
  • Operation Functions and Instruct to FM and relative staffs
  • Timely Outlet Stock taking (every six month)
  • Outlet standard operation checklist report
  • Technical support to every department
  • Up to date Server and database
  • Monitoring thumbprint attendance report
  • Monitoring daily network & Intranet
  • Up to date POS machine, printer, scanner etc.
