Job Description

The MIS Officer will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing sales, stock, and service data across the Nepal region. The role includes developing regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to support business strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities  :

1. Data Collection & Management

  • Maintain accurate sales, stock, service, and dealer data from all provinces.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and service teams for timely data input and updates.
  • Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from field sales teams.

2. Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate regular MIS reports (sales vs target, dealer performance, region-wise analysis, etc.).
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor KPIs.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities based on data insights.

3. System Support

  • Assist in managing and updating internal ERP/CRM systems (if applicable).
  • Recommend automation improvements to reduce manual errors and improve data reliability.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Provide timely reports to senior management for reviews and meetings.
  • Support National Sales Manager with business intelligence for decision-making.

4. Documentation

  • Maintain proper documentation and version control of reports, formats, and templates.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of business-sensitive data.
