Job Description

  • Financial Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain financial data from various sourcessuch as accounting systems, financial reports, and other relevant databases. Ensure the accuracy,integrity, and security of financial data.
  •  Financial Reporting: Prepare and generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and financial performance indicators. Develop standardized reporting formats and templates to ensure consistent and timely reporting.

  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Contribute to the development of financial plans and strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Assist in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and evaluation of investment opportunities'
  • Systems Implementation and Optimization: Participate in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of financial management software systems. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of financial systems and databases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve efficiency. Implement controls and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  •  Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance teams, executives, and department heads to understand their financial reporting and analysis needs. Provide guidance and support in utilizing financial information effectively.
  •  Training and Support: Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on financial systems and reporting tools. Provide support and guidance to users in accessing and analyzing financial data
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in financial reporting and data management.
