Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking motivated and experienced School Teachers to join our team and deliver high-quality education in Mathematics, English, Science, Nepali, Social Studies, or Computer. The School Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons that challenge and engage students while supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the diverse learning needs of school students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and creativity.
Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning and engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects, school events, and co-curricular activities.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to build strong relationships and support student success.
Support students’ social and emotional development through mentorship and guidance.
Participate in professional development programs to continuously improve teaching practices.
Contribute to school initiatives, extracurricular activities, and school-wide programs that enrich the educational experience.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
Strong command of the subject and ability to teach school students effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in technology and innovative teaching tools to enhance learning experiences.
