• Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration.
• Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, projects, and homework assignments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administrators to develop and implement educational initiatives.
  
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral incidents.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, as well as state and federal education regulations.
