Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticketing Operations:

  • Handle ticket bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and refunds efficiently using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Manage point-to-point, international, and multi-leg itineraries following airline fare rules and company policies.
  • Process group reservations and coordinate with airlines for special requests.

2. Customer Service:

  • Assist customers with travel-related queries, offering appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on flights, fares, and travel restrictions.
  • Address and resolve standard customer issues or escalate complex cases to senior staff as required.

3. Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal departments, airlines, and travel agents to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
  • Ensure all documentation related to bookings is complete and accurate.

4. Compliance:

  • Adhere to company policies and airline regulations while processing tickets.
  • Stay updated on fare changes, airline promotions, and travel advisories to provide informed recommendations.

5. Reporting:

  • Prepare periodic reports on bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
