Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid Level Python Django Backend Developer at Yes Helping Hands IT Solutions in Pokhara. The role involves tasks such as back-end web development, software development, programming, and working with databases.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Create documentation of the task as per need

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript
• Experience with Express.js or other Node.js frameworks
• Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React.js or AngularJS is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
