Job Description

  • Responsible for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM,
  • Support existing client base with support issues that arise
  • Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations to improve client performance
  • Meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to clients’ satisfaction
  • Identify assignment conflicts and issues and communicate to engagement Project Manager
  • Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers’ businesses
