Job Description

  • Responsible for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Architecting the CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the business’ organizational process
  • Support existing client base with support issues that arise
  • Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations to improve client performance
  • Meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to clients’ satisfaction
  • Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
  • Developing PowerBI / SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML
  • Identify assignment conflicts and issues and communicate to Project Manager
  • Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers’ businesses
  • Assist in the integration of application components
  • Close cooperation with client teams and follow up business requirement
  • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
